I enjoy spending time here because the outdoor courtyard is clearly designed for relaxed gatherings. A rectangular outdoor pool is lit for evening swims and features a stainless water cascade; a smaller shallow area sits beside it for paddling or lounging in the water. Poolside loungers and umbrellas are set up on the tiled deck, and a comfortable seating area with sofas and a table provides a place to unwind. A built-in barbecue is tucked against the wall for outdoor cooking. Inside, there’s a practical open kitchen with cabinets, a refrigerator and work surfaces, finished with marble-look floors and a wooden staircase leading upstairs. The upper balcony overlooks the pool and offers night-time views of the surrounding lights, while wall-mounted exterior lighting creates a pleasant evening atmosphere. High surrounding walls give the courtyard privacy, and the layout provides ample space for family activities or a quiet evening by the pool. Located in the Dead Sea area, the property feels tidy and well-maintained with simple, modern finishes.
