Is YallaChalet a booking site?
No. YallaChalet is a directory that gathers chalets in one place and connects you directly with the owner. The booking and agreement happen between you and the owner, and we are not a party to the transaction.
Are there any fees or commissions?
We charge no commission on bookings — not from the searcher and not from the owner. Browsing chalets and contacting them is completely free.
How do I contact a chalet owner?
Open the chalet page and tap the WhatsApp button to message the owner directly and ask about dates and prices. No account or sign-in is required.
How does payment work?
Payment happens directly between you and the chalet owner, in whatever way you both agree. YallaChalet does not collect payments or get involved in the financial arrangement.
Do I need an account to browse?
No. You can browse and contact owners without an account. You only need an account to save favorite chalets, or to list your chalet if you're an owner.
Which areas do you cover?
We currently cover Jordan — the Dead Sea, Ajloun, Aqaba, and more — and we add new areas continuously, aiming to expand across the Arab region over time.
I own a chalet — how do I list it?
Sign in and add your chalet, or claim an existing listing and prove your ownership via a Google Business Profile, a social media page, or your website. Our team reviews the request and approves it. Listing is free.
I noticed incorrect information — what do I do?
Message us from the contact page and we'll correct it. And if you're the chalet owner, you can claim the listing to keep its details up to date yourself.
