A spacious courtyard centered on a rectangular outdoor pool with a smaller attached shallow pool for lounging or children. Artificial turf and tiled walkways frame the water, with sun loungers and large shade sails stretched overhead to soften the sun. The pool area is lit at night and surrounded by high privacy walls and planters with bougainvillea and other greenery. A built-in stone barbecue with a countertop and outdoor dining table sits in a sheltered corner, ideal for grilling and eating outside. Inside there is a roomy tiled sitting area with built-in bench seating, decorative ceiling panels, a ceiling fan and a wall-mounted air conditioner for comfort. The bedrooms are simply furnished with tiled floors and basic beds for an unpretentious, relaxed stay. Overall the layout supports both indoor and outdoor socialising, and the entrance is wheelchair-accessible for easier arrival and movement around the outdoor spaces.
