A stone sunbathing island sits inside the pool with loungers, while a shaded pergola and a covered outdoor seating area provide comfortable spots for evening gatherings. Wide sliding glass doors open the house up to the poolside, creating an easy indoor–outdoor flow. Inside, the finish is modern and calm: an open kitchen with contemporary cabinets, a built-in oven and microwave, a large refrigerator and a wooden dining table for shared meals. The living area features bright yellow lounge chairs and recessed lighting that give the space a warm feel. Bathrooms are tiled in natural stone tones with a backlit round mirror. Wall-mounted air-conditioning units are installed to keep the interior cool. The yard is landscaped with small trees and shrubs and the pool and pathways are lit for night use. The property sits in the Dead Sea area with distant hill views, offering a peaceful base close to the region’s landscape.
