Set among the sandstone cliffs of Wadi Rum, this desert camp features low, Bedouin-style tents with glass-fronted facades and wooden decks that open onto sweeping sand and mountain views. Wooden walkways link the tents and common areas, making it easy to move around the camp without sinking into the sand. A large communal tent offers low seating, cushioned benches with Jordanian patterns, and tables laid out with traditional tableware for relaxed, authentic meals. An unusual touch is a piano placed in the open sand near the seating area for live music against the desert backdrop. Guest tents are finished with warm wood and stone details; bathrooms include a freestanding tub and a stone basin positioned to look out over the desert horizon. Lantern-style lighting and handcrafted decor create a cozy atmosphere at sunset and after dark, giving a sense of privacy and calm in the wide-open landscape.
